These Terms of Service govern your use of the CodeStar Marketplace. By registering an account or making a purchase, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations outlined herein.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • You must own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to publish the digital products you submit.
  • You must not upload nulled, malicious, or plagiarized scripts.
  • You are responsible for providing basic support for your items if you opt-in to paid support.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

When you purchase a product, you are granted a license to use the item under the specified license terms (Regular or Extended).

Strict Prohibition: You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code of any purchased item unless explicitly permitted by an Extended License or the author.

4. Payments and Fees

CodeStar processes payments through secure third-party gateways. We deduct a standard platform fee from vendor sales as outlined in our fee schedule. Payouts are processed according to our payout policy.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly receive intellectual property complaints without prior notice.
